We use cookies across the AIGKT registration flow, the student dashboard, and the admin dashboard to keep your session active, remember in-progress form data, and — only with your consent — understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of individual candidates.

We group cookies into four categories, matching the toggles in the preference manager above:

• Strictly necessary — authentication tokens and session cookies that keep you logged into the student or admin dashboard. Always active.
• Functional — remembers UI preferences and partially completed registration forms so you don't lose progress.
• Analytics — aggregated, anonymized usage data that helps us improve the registration and certificate flows.
• Marketing — used only if you opt in, to measure the reach of AIGKT announcements. Off by default.

Payment processing for exam fees is handled by our payment gateway partner, which may set its own cookies during checkout to prevent fraud and complete your transaction securely. These are governed by that provider's own cookie and privacy policies.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the manager at the top of this page, or via the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer. You can also block cookies entirely through your browser settings, though some parts of the dashboards may stop working correctly without necessary cookies.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our systems evolve. Material changes to how we use optional cookies will prompt you to review your preferences again the next time you visit.
